We had a lovely day today- first we wrote about Stanley’s adventures, read some more emails sent to us, then we had a picnic outside and we played games (and had a little party) in the afternoon. Thanks to the children in the class for a fantastic year- you are all super and I’ve enjoyed teaching you all! Thanks to the class parents for all your help and support throughout the year, it’s been a great year. Today is Christian’s birthday so a very happy birthday to him!

The school walk will take place tomorrow, Wednesday 8th June. Please ensure your child wears in their tracksuit or shorts and runners. The sponsorship forms must should be back in by Thursday whether they are filled or not, thanks.

We had a wonderful day at Larchill Farm today! It was a great school tour-we saw lots of animals, heard some great stories, ran through the woods and played in a playground after lunch. Have a look at some pictures of our class:
To celebrate the success of our school choir, Mr.Courtney announced that we would have a night off homework tonight. Unfortunately (in the prefabs) we only heard the first message- where 5th and 6th class pupils in the choir would get a night off homework. In a later announcement it was changed to all pupils so our class will have no homework tomorrow instead (Tuesday 5th April). Sorry for any confusion!
We have hurling training tomorrow so please wear in your tracksuits!
The school will be closed tomorrow 17th for St. Patrick’s Day. I hope everyone has a nice day off. We’ll be back in on Friday 18th.
